We want every client to be satisfied. This policy explains when refunds are available for payments made to Vier Global Ventures, including payments made online through Paystack. If your signed Agreement or quotation has different refund terms, those terms apply.
1. Consultation booking fees
- Cancel at least 48 hours before your session for a full refund, or reschedule free of charge.
- Cancellations with less notice, or missed sessions, are not refundable but may be rescheduled once.
- If we cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or a new date of your choice.
2. IT and software project deposits
- If you cancel before any work has started, your deposit is refunded minus any third-party costs already paid (for example, software licences or domain registrations).
- Once work has started, the deposit is applied to work completed and is not refundable. Any unused balance beyond the value of completed work will be refunded.
- Milestone payments for approved deliverables are not refundable.
3. Consulting engagements
Fees for consulting work already carried out are not refundable. If an engagement is cancelled early, you pay only for work completed up to the cancellation date, and any prepaid amount above that is refunded.
4. Third-party costs and faulty work
- Costs already paid to third parties on your behalf, such as hosting, domain names, software licences or travel, cannot be refunded once incurred.
- If a deliverable does not match what was agreed in your quotation, tell us in writing within 7 days of handover. We will fix it at no extra cost, or refund the affected part if it cannot be fixed.
5. Payment errors
If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or paid in error, contact us with your payment reference. Confirmed errors are refunded in full.
6. How to request a refund
Email info@vierglobalventures.com.ng with your name, invoice number, Paystack payment reference, and the reason for your request. We will reply within 3 business days.
7. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Card refunds processed through Paystack usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Bank transfer refunds are made to the account that made the payment. Payment processing fees charged by Paystack or your bank may not be refundable.
