2. Data we collect
- Quote and contact requests: your name, email address, phone number, company name, the service you are interested in and the details you provide.
- Payments: your email address, the amount paid and the payment reference. Card and bank details are collected and processed directly by Paystack, not by us.
- Business records: information needed to prepare proposals, contracts and invoices.
- Technical data: basic information such as browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider and any analytics tools we use.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiries and prepare quotations (to take steps at your request before entering a contract).
- To deliver our services, issue invoices and process payments (to perform our contract with you).
- To keep accounting and tax records (to meet legal obligations).
- To keep our website secure and improve it (our legitimate interests).
- To send you updates or marketing only if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as Paystack (payment processing), our email and website hosting providers, and specialist subcontractors where needed to deliver your project. We may also disclose data where required by law or a lawful request from a public authority.

6. How long we keep data
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months if no engagement follows. Contract, invoice and payment records are kept for as long as required by Nigerian tax and company laws. After that, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

- Ask us to correct inaccurate data or delete data we no longer need.
